Your order status – Online, Anytime

Symmetricom is committed to providing true 24/7 service to our customers. With CONNECTED, you now have direct online access to order and shipment information. With CONNECTED you will be able to:

  • Track orders by purchase order number, date range or Symmetricom order number
  • View scheduled ship dates
  • Obtain tracking information

Easy and secure, with CONNECTED you can enjoy self-service access to information that is important to your business. You can still talk to your Symmetricom Customer Relations Representative during our normal business hours. However, with the sophisticated functionality of CONNECTED you can get the most up-to-date information regarding your order status online, anytime.

If you are a Symmetricom customer and want to get CONNECTED, you can email the CONNECTED administrator at CONNECTED@symmetricom.com and within 24 hours we will contact you with the information to access your account. Please make sure you include the following information in your email: Your first and last name, title, company, address, city, state/province, zip code, country, telephone and email.
